Privacy policy

Your numbers stay on your device. KeyMonth does not send the figures you enter to any server and has no accounts. It does not ask for your name, address, income documents, account details or location.

House planner purchases (website only). The planner works on your device. Only if you buy a plan download, the plan details you entered (plot size, setbacks, bedrooms, floors, style and parking) are sent to our server and to Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, India), our payment provider, to create the order and generate your plan. Razorpay collects your payment details and contact details for the payment and receipt under its own privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy; KeyMonth never sees or stores your card number. KeyMonth itself keeps no database of buyers: your download link works by checking the payment with Razorpay. Razorpay keeps payment records as the law requires. In the Android app the planner is a preview only and the app blocks screenshots of it.

What is stored on your device. Your country, theme, ad choice, your last inputs and any scenarios you choose to save are stored in your browser's local storage, or in the app's private storage on Android. It never leaves your device through KeyMonth, and you can remove it any time by clearing site data or the app's storage, or by uninstalling the app.

Ads and Google. KeyMonth shows ads served by Google: AdSense on the website and AdMob in the Android app. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, your IP address, and information about how you interact with ads. If you allow personalized ads, they may also use this data to tailor ads. You can switch between personalized and non-personalized ads at any time with “Ad choices” in the footer. You can also manage Google's settings at adssettings.google.com and reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device settings. Google's own policy is at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Ads are not loaded until you have made a choice. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, consent is collected with Google's consent tools.

What we collect. KeyMonth does not collect personal data itself. The only data processed when you use it is the ad-related data above, which is collected by Google under Google's terms. Website hosting providers may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and page requested) for security and reliability.

Children. KeyMonth is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Your rights. If you are in the UK or European Economic Area (UK GDPR and GDPR) or India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because calculator inputs never reach us, requests mostly concern ad-related data held by Google, which you can manage through the links above. You can also write to support@keymonth.example and we will reply.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.
